Returns and Refunds Policy

🔄 Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Spanish and European legislation, you have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, without needing to provide a reason.

✅ Conditions for Returns

For the return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The candle must not have been lit or used.
  • It must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
  • It must include all original accessories and labels.
  • It must not show signs of use or deterioration

📝 How to Make a Return

  1. Send us an email to info@nuvolamomentos.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return
  2. We will send you the return instructions
  3. Send the product in its original packaging to the address we will provide.
  4. Once we have received and verified the product, we will process your refund.

💰 Refunds

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from when we receive the return, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product has a defect or there was an error in the shipment.

🛡️ Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us immediately at info@nuvolamomentos.com
  • Send us photos of the product and packaging
  • We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement or a full refund.

❌ Exceptions

No returns will be accepted for:

  • Candles that have been lit or used
  • Customized products or products made to order
  • Products on sale or promotion (except for manufacturing defects)
